Item/s purchased from the 1st of December up until and including the 24th of December 2022 will be eligible for an exchange or credit note until the 31st of January 2023.

Item/s returned within 7 days as per our normal return policy will still be eligible for a refund excluding purchases made via AfterPay.

Please read carefully before placing your order as by shopping with Nikkou Store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in accordance with the ACCC guidelines. We have purposely built our stores to offer our customers the opportunity to see and try our garments on in person before purchasing. In both our Brisbane and Casuarina stores we do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. This also applies to any phone orders. We are more than happy for you to bring any items purchased in store for an exchange or credit note ONLY.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place - including hygiene seal. Due to hygiene reasons jewellery and lingerie may not be returned unless in the circumstance that the item is faulty beyond repair where we will endeavour to exchange for a replacement or credit note. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Items must be brought into store within 10 days from the date of purchase in order for us to either process an exchange or credit note.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not damaged in anyway.
You must be in contact with us and have shipped the item/s back to one of our stores within 7 days of receiving your online order.
1. CREDIT NOTE/EXCHANGE
If you adhere to the above guidelines and wish to return your item/s for an exchange we will offer free shipping on exchanged item/s shipped back to you. We will hold your exchange item/s aside until your return has been delivered back to us in-store. We will be in touch with you to send out your replacement and you will be notified via AusPost tracking when item/s exchanged are on there way back to you. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process this once it has been received back in store. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card. Credit notes can be used via our online store only. You will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout. Further instructions including selecting your exchange item will be given once your return has been approved via our Returns Portal.
2. REFUND
If you adhere to the above guidelines we will issue a refund where purchased item/s have been made at full price only, meaning no discounts, promo's, credit notes, gift vouchers or loyalty dollars have been applied at checkout. We do NOT offer refunds on purchases made via AfterPay. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover any shipping, handling expenses and processing fees. You will also be required to return the item/s at your own cost. If you pay via your PayPal account PayPal may be able to refund your return shipping costs. For more information click here. 3. Items reduced to 50% or more off are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned .

For faulty garments please get in touch with us ASAP via our returns portal located here, phone or email us at customer@nikkoustore.com with clear images of the fault, your order number and any other details so that we can arrange for the faulty item/s to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged please don't remove from the packaging and send us imagery of the parcel. You will need to return items with all tags in place.
You will need to return the product to us at your own cost .
We will then send your item to the manufacture for them to assess the fault . Once assessed, we will provide a full credit note onto your instore account. Online purchases are only offered a refund subject to a repair or replacment from the manufacturer being available.
*Please note: As we come into the busiest period of the year, some of our wholesalers close down over the holiday period . Delays may be experienced when organising a resolution for faulty item/s during this time . We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this period, and we endeavour to come to a resolution with our brands as quickly as possible for you .
If you believe your item is faulty, you will need to pop into one of our stores with your item . We will then send your item to the manufacture for them to assess the fault .

A 12 month warranty covers your item/s purchased from the date of purchase by the business . This excludes the time purchased by the customer .

If you receive an incorrect order we will endeavour to send out the correct item where possible and include a pre-paid return satchel for you to send back the original item/s sent to you. Please lodge this at your nearest post office or drop in any red post box free of charge.
Sale items including where a discount code has been applied cannot be returned for a refund. Items reduced to 50% or more off are final sale and cannot be returned.

YES - We have recently reverted back to asking Australia Post to request a signature for your package to ensure it arrives safe and sound. We include insurance of up to $150 for all packages. Please ensure to include your email or mobile phone number with your order details and Australia Post will message you with safe drop options closer to delivery.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & selected European countries which have access to Australia Post pack & track international.
Deliveries are sent during Monday to Friday, 9-4pm. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working weekday.
Please allow 7-21 business days to receive your parcel via standard shipping.
Upon placing your order, a tracking number will be sent to you to follow the delivery of your goods. Pack and track shipping does not require a signature upon delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure.

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched where possible on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves Nikkou Store.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use Australia Post for all standard, express and international deliveries.
For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days and for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. if you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest local post centre.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
