Nikkou Buyers Diary | Byron Bay AW21

Tuesday 8th June

11:00am - We kicked off our Byron Bay buying trip first with Amber from Agence Rituel. Looking through what's up and coming for brands Laze.Res and LESSE. Watch this space. 

1:00pm to 4:00pm - Next we headed to see the team at Del Rainbow, and knew we would be in for a treat. We got a glimpse into Resort ranges for our favourite Byron based brands Flash Jewellery, LU Goldie, Marloe Marloe, Peony, St Agni, Velvet Canyon and Zulu & Zephyr.

4:30pm - After what felt like a very exhausting (but VERY fun) week of showings, we decided to treat ourselves to only the best in the bis - 1 x Equilibrium massage from the team at Comma. If you haven't been there yet, trust us on this one.

6:00pm - As if we couldn't already adore the team at Del Rainbow enough, they were kind enough to put us up at their airbnb @stay.bydelrainbow. I'm sure you've already see this space before, but if not, do yourself a favour and check it out. A beautiful, open plan oasis just tucked away enough to make you feel like you're in Bali - showcasing some of their in house brands.

7:30pm - A group of us headed in to town for dinner at Bang Bang, and array of the yummiest Asian Fusian cuisine. It was the jalapeno margaritas for us...

Wednesday 9th June 

7:00am - Wake up and glam. No but really... we utilised the beautiful space to shoot some new arrivals. How could we not? 

Ash wears the Dion Top in Tan by Blanca, paired with the Sir Wide Leg Jean in Ivory.

Tiff wears the Camilla Dress in Cornflower by Hansen + Gretel.

8:30am - Time to hit the road, but not before a bite to eat at our favourite one stop shop - Daily Counter, which was just around the corner of the Airbnb. Not only do they have the best bagels and coffee in town, they also share a space with Braer, the most beautiful assortment of florals.
